The onsite Maxsold staff member gave my items to someone else but kept arguing he already gave to me, walked away, no apology, no refund, nothing. Very disappointing to be treated this way in addition to the waste of money and my time. This was the worst experience using MaxSold as a reseller. In the middle of doing may catalogue everything changed, could not get back in after stopping for a while. Finally after about 3 days and many tears some one was able to help me. They were using another email address not the one I signed up with. It was so bad I am having difficulty just thinking about have another auction or recommending them to anyone else.
