I booked a hotel in Rome using Opodo - when we arrived at the address we discovered that the hotel had been closed and no longer exists. However, Opodo let us book and pay for the hotel for several nights. We were left with no place to stay overnight and with financial damage. The service hotline even for us Prime members! We were kept connected for several hours and left helplessly in a foreign city, with no support or booking of a new hotel, with no refund.
