Rfe after biometrics

Not sure if the topic explains correctly what I want to sum up so we get some members to read this post with any guidance they may have. I have read through a lot of post here, rfe after biometrics, and though some similar nothing exactly the same nor close enough for me not to need to post this topic, again I hope I also placed this in the right rfe after biometrics as well.

Do I still have to respond to the RFE if the biometric appointment was scheduled? Which I did, with all tax documents, W-2s, proof of citizenship, etc. I don't know what I did wrong, so I'm just going to complete the form again and submit. Having some trouble submitted the evidence online tho, keeps saying try again in a couple minutes. Any advices?
