Personally as much as i dislike rivens i really disagree with de forcing prices down players throats, riven mafia. If a person wants to buy a riven for 10k plat? Let him, how can you say riven mafia seller was really ripping him off?

Personally as much as i dislike rivens i really disagree with de forcing prices down players throats. If a person wants to buy a riven for 10k plat? Let him, how can you say the seller was really ripping him off? When it was the buyers fault? You dont go and buy straight away without looking around? And if the guy there wants to buy a gucci necklace, are you going to yell at him or gucci that theyre ripping him off? Or should we regulate that? Remember this is ingame items, it isnt taking away your house or anything. De really needs to sit down and realize this. Semlars bots werent taken down due to a riven mafia wanting to take it down. I laughed at 1st hearing that. Why would such a group of people take it down? Think about it, how does this benefit them destroying peoples website?

My opinion is that spending hundres of bucks worth of plat on a riven for riven mafia weapon that DE is inevitably going to nerf into oblivion is a waste of money, riven mafia. There are people with hundreds of thousands of platinum They are almost exclusively riven dealers.

I saw a relatively popular thread that was calling out the "riven mafia" and the overpriced riven market, and I wanted to give my opinion on the topic. Before I get into everything I have to say, I want to make it clear that this is just my opinion and if you have a different one, I respect that. Some Riven Mods are worth more than p, but there are obviously people that will price average to god rolls far beyond their true value. They are crazy lmao. Basic Economic Principle: All items fall on a supply and demand curve.

You can dislike it all you like, but once you've said "I dislike this", that's it, no amount subjective pseudo evidence will make your opinion better or more factual. This topic is now closed to further replies. We kind of did that to ourselves. They never said that they were setting up their own prices and you have to sell at that price. I will snip the rest because it shares this opinion, but I just had to point out that Rivens rarely have a practicality like Energize or another item with a use.

Your riven is worth an ungodly amount of plat. Performance does have a factor in terms of what something sells for, but the jump from 5k to 20k hardly has a huge difference in DPS. Then there's the whole factor of idiot parents who don't understand what they're kids are spending money on, and sooner or later they end up with a thousand dollar bill on their credit card, cause they're kid baught a bunch of plat for 3 rivens.
