Consult your physician or public health office for further information. Wheat Ale Light Golden Sweet - Golden colored ale brewed with wheat malt for a crisp, balanced flavor. Finished with a touch of pure clover honey. The addition of blood orange puree is complimented by late additions of citrus forward hops. Not too hoppy or fruity. Classic northwestern hops help balance the sweetness for a malt forward beer.

Super friendly and knowledgeable, caring staff! I had a veggie wrap - lettuce wrapped, instead of a tortilla. I had them add chicken and it was amazing! No reaction whatsoever and was very satisfied! Margarita pizza was so good. Limited menu but still tasty.

Roosters was Established in in Ogden Utah and opened our second location ten years later in Roosters Layton Brewing Company and Restaurant is a local owned business. This family friendly restaurant and brewery offers a large menu from burgers and pizza to steak and seafood. Pair it with one of our many unique hand crafted beers. Comes with one of each Pepper Jack sauce, Gorgonzola sauce and Louisiana hot sauce. Tossed in our own chipotle ranch. Try it blackened!

How much of the menu is available gluten-free? German Lager Full Dark Caramel - A hoppy nose gives way to the subtle toffee and caramel malt characteristics of this earthly German style lager. Traditional Czech-style lager. With a menu featuring American New dishes, Roosters offers a diverse selection of items that are sure to satisfy every taste bud. Cookie and pecan crust, layer of rich caramel and a layer of decadent chocolate truffle, topped with cocoa powder. Grilled chicken, creamy, white cheese sauce, chopped bacon and Beehive Cheese. Have a crock with corn tortillas. Grilled marinated steak, grilled peppers, mushrooms and onions with Pepper Jack cheese. Filled with shredded roasted turkey and green chilies, topped with Pepper Jack sauce and chopped cilantro. Sweet roasted tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, fresh Mozzarella and basil topped with balsamic reduction and tomatoes. Not too hoppy or fruity. Served with wheat toast and homemade salsa. This IPA is brewed with a light hop body and generously hopped to achieve a super tasty balance of fruity, floral and bitter hops. Malt backbone with heavy doses of hops. Classic Chinook and Cascade mingle with a new school Idaho 7 and El Dorado for a piney, citrusy, hop bomb.

Baked lemon pepper salmon with caper salsa, avocado and dill cucumber sauce. Jetway juicy is a pale ale made with fruit forward hops designed to keep your tastebuds aloft between flights. Refreshing crisp lager is brewed with flaked maize and light pilsner malt.
