Good day My daughter wants to study education when i applied at the institution they informed me that her English mark was not good and she needs to either rewrite english or that this early childhood development year course must be done in order for her to continue we did that i paid in advance I was studying journalism with Rosebank college from I droped out due to financial problems. When ever I contact the school regarding my studies they say I have been reffered to their lawyers. What I would like to know is how long do I have to finish my I'm very disappointed with your institution I registered for a certificate Business communication and office management which took 6 months to complete. I was doing distance learning and we had 3 assignments to complete of which I submitted all of the them, but I only received results for the 1st I've graduated from Rosebank College in however I didn't receive my diploma in IT programming because I had to pay an outstanding amount. I've settle my account with Rosebank College on the 19th of february and I thought I'd receive my diploma the next day after I paid them. I went there My brother was studying with Rosebank college and they handle the account to Maravedi financial solution which I paid up in August and they sent me a paid up letter but when my brother went to get the certificate they say there was no payment made, in one day i have to make more than four calls in After calling over 10 times and being told i will be emailed after the call. Still no one wants to give me information about a course. Rosebank College I just want my Diploma!

The worst experience ever I graduated and passed with distinction overall ,started a new job at absa and my certificate is not recognised. I wasted a whole 25 fee,for a certificate that shows not recognised. Very Very poor service I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, Very stressful, the culture is bad it seems like everything is programmed, they don't value their students and parents, all rosebank knows is just to portray a good image on social yet their service is very very poor. Staff operate the same, use same language no one wants to account for anything they don't know what is service provision all they care about is taking money but can't deliver at all. It's sad that our brothers and sisters waste their time putting effort on this unorganized school, it's sad to see our brothers and sisters dropping out of school due to poor administration and staff members that doesn't want to assist, what a waste of time, money and resources same issues from different people complaining about the same thing department of education must intervene rosebank is nolonger the same it's a big mistake to enroll with them they can send you to depression or an early grave their system is a mess and no one wants to take any responsibility or to atleast fix the mess, no one cares, poor kids who are suffering and can't afford are just taken for a ride rosebank is just playing with young people's future even collages like westcol, Boston etc are better they know what is management and provision. I'm very disappointed very, countless calls, staff members downplaying students and our parents unresolved calls, no response emails and staff members that doesn't want to do their work, everyone passing a ball, no follow ups.

I registered for national diploma in Marketing management at The rosebank college, Johannesburg campus in , i have successfully completed my studies and met all the requirements for the diploma in marketing that was on offer from the intitution and passed with good marks, some with distinction. Rosebank will be holding a Graduation ceremony next week friday 17 may , I am have not been included on the list of people who will be graduating, this is due to the fact that they upgraded systems last year and when data migration was done it excluded one subject that I passed successfully, due to this error in data migration my name was excluded from the list of graduates for next week. Now the college is refu sing to take accountability for this and they say i will only graduate next year since the logistics for the event are already finalised, I feel cheated and disgusted that i am treated this way considering the fact that my parents paid almost R90k for me to go to school.
