If you go north in the water, then to the beach to the left, go down to the south part of this beach to find a hidden Pearl on the rock. If you go northwest along the path, you can find rustling sand. Go back down the ramp. In the nearby water, you can battle Swimmer Tiare. She has a level 19 Alomomola. In the eastern part of this bay, you will see an Antidote underwater. Just swim over it and press A to get it. Nearby, you can battle Swimmer Casey.

Pick up the Lemonade on your left then call Tauros to break the rocks up ahead, opening a path to a grunt. Air Cutter. Pick up the Full Heal through the tall grass behind him before heading back down the hill to the left. Hop down left, then left again to find TM84 Poison Jab. You'll want to head back around to pick up a Zygarde Cell and battle a trainer down the other path, but you must defeat another grunt on the way back! Once back up the mountain, head back down to the left of the grunt.
