I was looking for a program that offered more than an invite, rsvpify.

The platform features a seating chart generator, which allows users to place guests at specific tables using a drag-and-drop interface. It also includes a white label solution that allows businesses to create custom forms with their own images, logos, themes and fonts. The solution also allows users to create digital invitations with custom messages, confirm guest attendance with follow-ups, and send automatic event reminders via email. RSVPify is an event management solution that includes a centralized dashboard, which helps organizers view guest responses, attendance confirmations and meal preference summaries in tabular form. It had the features that we were looking for, and the cost is very reasonable. I don't think we will continue to use this product. I was able to create the invite with very specific features, select how I liked for those that RSVP'd to enter in their names titles, salutations, etc they even created a QR code for the event!!! Once the setup is complete, all you need to do is wait until the RSVP date has arrived and you can easily export the information to an Excel spreadsheet. RSVPify's check-in suite is fully-integrated with our event management software, and can also be used with any existing guest list. Vendor Response. Used monthly for less than 2 years. Also, Doodle Pole sent emails out which are almost always blocked by our email spam filters. RSVPify has made it effortless in organizing large company events, we can post all information in one link sent to the entire office and the software does the rest. Not only were we able to send out RSVP invitations easily by email, we were also able to create a QR code for our printed invitations, manage tables, send out reminders to encourage response, download guest lists and more.
