We will not be modifying any more PC Carbines until there is a clear answer to "Is modifying the stock prior to sale considered manufacturing". NOTE: This item has been professionally hydro dipped and clear coated. Hydro dipping, also known as Water transfer printing is a method of applying printed designs to three-dimensional surfaces. Hydrographic finishes are robust and will last for years under normal use. However, similar to your car finish, the paint can be damaged if the product is abused. Scratching and notably harsh chemicals can damage the protective clear coat, causing failure of the hydrographic finish. Due to the nature of hydro dipping, there may be minor blemishes. During assembly and testing the only notable spot that will wear over time is the contact point of the mag release rubbing on the stock. The Ruger PC Carbine has become a favorite amongst shooters with its inexpensive ammunition, plinking, and varmint management capabilities. This edition of the fan-favorite features some added features on the trusted platforms. Interchangeable magazine wells allow for use of common Ruger and Glock magazines.

Note: Item is shown with 1 included optional stock ruger ppsh that has been hydro dipped to match the stock.

Inspiration directly from Ken G — cigars. I actually think his representation is pretty accurate because the magwell of the 41 is steel, and directly in front of the wood. You can see that Ken kept the stock Ruger magwell, and I think likely because of the added complication. Why would I do that and just not copy how Ken wrapped the wood stock around the Ruger stock? You would have to have people send in their stocks to be modified, and I want to eventually sell these to other enthusiasts who may not want to go through the build process. I want them to just be able to bolt it on and go have some fun. I want to start working on it this weekend, so I chose to pick it up.

We live in a new golden era of pistol-caliber carbines. Just about every company that makes an AR now makes a pistol-caliber version, and there are a significant number of non-AR PCCs on the market as well. The Ruger PC Carbine is one of the newer designs, and it is also one of the most successful. The latter both come with round magazines; one has an adjustable stock, and one has a fixed stock. The barrel is fluted to reduce weight.
