They will kick off our grand opening festivities at noon with a free concert on the street in front of Pixels with music by Kid Galaga playing 80s and 90s dance rock covers. I love downtown San Rafael and especially the Rafael Theater; when I was scouting locations and saw Fourth St was available for lease I knew, instantly, this was the spot for Pixels! Partially because it happens to be across from that gorgeous theater! The building interior itself is beautiful and just right for this concept, with its warm brick and wood, modern lighting, and great view of that aforementioned theater!
