I remember navigating this ship in my early days, and I was very picky with the fanfics I read. Language, grammar, and a good story trump any bias! Fortunately, the SH fandom is blessed with amazing writers—it totally shits on the canon sometimes… Kishi, where u at?! This has to be my ultimate favorite. Flawed characters, tender moments, no cheese, right fluff. The subtlety is amazing, the setting is well-imagined—Adult Sasuke is my fave Sasuke. Reminds me so much of the Sasuke in Boruto, too! This totally hooked me into liking this couple. TLDR; this writer is so gewd. Now I know I do this list chronologically, but I have to put this up here despite being made recently May Great world-building. This is a whole new universe that has its own rules and problems, and I love how SasuHina just happens to be the main couple in it. Though their romance is crucial to how the universe survives at the end, the author manages to focus on the other characters who are motivated by their own mission and desperation. Though it takes a Gossip Girl-esque twist, I kinda dig the glam and the sass here. Who knew that she would sleep with Sasuke Uchiha- let alone have his baby?
