One of the event's highlights was a live drawing session by the renowned illustrator Shigure Ui, held on November 24th.

Shigure was born in Yokkaichi , Mie Prefecture , Japan. After working in a game development company, she began working as a freelance illustrator. Shigure's song—" Shukusei!! Loli Kami Requiem ", which was included in her debut solo album, The Rain Doesn't Stop Yet —went viral online in September after the release of its music video. She has expressed her surprise at the sudden growth of her song and subsequently her channel. Shigure has said that from a young age, her mother influenced her to start drawing. While Ui was not a VTuber herself at this point, she would appear on several other VTubers channels for various kinds of collaborative streams. Many of these streams involved Subaru and other VTubers from Hololive and were hosted on their respective channels. Shigure Ui is a self-proclaimed year old girl with short, shoulder-length blond hair and green eyes. As a high school student, her main outfit is her school uniform, which can change slightly depending on the time of year. Her winter uniform consists of a white, long-sleeve button-up shirt, a brown striped skirt and matching jacket, a blue ribbon tied with a white pom-pom, and a pair of tall red socks with brown shoes. Her hair also has a looped braid on each side that is decorated with white pom-poms, as are her socks. Her summer uniform follows a similar color palette but has some notable changes. The striped brown skirt and jacket are replaced with a red skirt and a solid brown cardigan, while the long-sleeve undershirt is swapped with a short-sleeved one. The socks with this uniform are also black instead of red, though the shoes are left unchanged. Since her debut in May , one thing most viewers have come to know Ui for is her calm, relaxing voice.

This is a Japanese name; the family name is Shigure. Ui's streams are regarded by fans as being extremely quiet, laid-back and mellow, owing to her gentle and comparatively mature personality. Her art streams have also been noted as being very informative for aspiring digital artists. In spite of this generally wholesome streaming persona, Ui has now and again let it slip that she really enjoys using crass or vulgar humor, and that she's an avid fan of a few "less than wholesome" professional artists associated with the Ecchi genre. She is also accused of being a neglectful or abusive mother of her brainchildren, as seen with when she's around Oozora Subaru or even her own "Andou Rainbow JJ".
