The event serves as an opportunity for collegiate brothers to connect with Gamma Gamma alumni and celebrate the chapter's legacy. The mission of Hospitality House is to rebuild lives and strengthen community by providing a safe, nurturing, healthy environment in which individuals and families experiencing homelessness and poverty-related crises are equipped to become self-sufficient and productive. The Epsilon Alpha Chapter recently welcomed home alumni for the chapter's annual alumni golf tournament. Alumni and collegiate members socialized over a round of golf and dinner at the El Conquistador Golf Course located in Oro Valley, Ariz. Nearly thirty alumni members returned to Tucson, Ariz.

Founded by three cadets at the Virginia Military Institute in a period of civil strife known as the Reconstruction, Sigma Nu represented a radical departure from the times. So, amidst a backdrop of turmoil, North America's first "Honor" fraternity was established. That cadet was James Frank Hopkins, and it is to him and two of his classmates that Sigma Nu owes its existence.
