Signed up for an electricity for AGL through Westpac rewards. After almost 3 months despite multiple calls and emails to their resolutions and escalations team still nothing. Now they simply ignore all my emails. Called them up and a few days after someone from AGL emailed me a code, guess what, when punched that in Amazon it says the code has already been redeemed. Called them back again and now still waiting. Seriously this is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Looks like they just bait people in with these promos without intending to fulfil those incentives.
