Silver Creek Plunge offers an uncovered, geothermal hot spring located within a quarter-mile of the campground. This large pool, able to fit many guests, holds over , gallons of water and flows at a rate of gallons per minute. Two types of camping are available at Silver Creek Plunge Resort. Sites can be reserved through the Forest Service or at their private campground. Private campsite fees are minimal for tent, trailer, or RV rentals. There are also a variety of cabins that guests can reserve, offering one to two beds with gas stoves and cold running water.
