Simcity 4 money tree

If you have any previous version please delete it and replace it with this one. It fixes problems with the menu. This is a lot with a few trees and bushes that has a monthly income of 50,, I made this because all of the other money trees I downloaded had a bad effect like Mayor Rating or it takes up too much space. So I just made a simpler one! The lot is located at the top of the rewards menu. Enjoy it! Note: A. I did this because of questions on where to install. The money tree is avalible on this site, however i would reccomend the Click for Cash Lots instead. They are less buggy and work better than the money tree. The click for cash lots will never crash the game, but the moeny tree will. Problems: Sometimes it hide your cities, destroy money trees if you have needed money and cities will reveal. I whole heartedly second that. At least with the BSC funding Mod, I can turn it on when I want or need to build a huge network that I know I'm going to screw up repeatedly until I get it right, and when I want to go back to allowing the normal workings of the games financial system I can simply turn off the funding mod in the news ticker.
