March I have the game registered on origin and everything, I tried Firefox, Chrome, and Explorer, and yes, I did check the box, but every time I click the download button for the "Create a World" tool, absolutely nothing happens. No notice, the download doesn't start, I've even restarted the computer thinking maybe it was me somehow but nothing works. Can this get fixed, or is there somewhere else I can download it? Such as Camera Pitch, I've not been able to find a concise explanation that truly helps on the net YET, and discovering these things by experimentation can be pretty I used the tool before and thought there were pitch keys but cannot figure out what they are after not using it for ages

Create a World Create-a-World Tool. The Create a World tool gives the player the ability to create and share unique new worlds for The Sims 3. It allows players to create custom neighborhoods , just like in The Sims 2 , although in a more in-depth way. It was released on December 16, and is available to download for free from TheSims3. It is only available on the PC. It is similar to the terraforming tools in SimCity 4 , which were used to create custom neighborhoods for The Sims 2. This means that some of the features in Create a World are not simple to use and may not be very user-friendly. You can download or upload worlds on The Exchange. It is only possible to create populated worlds by sharing save game folders or by using mods to add Sims to the world file.
