Satan is the unseen overarching antagonist of the Sonic the Hedgehog fangame Hellfire Saga. It's unknown what Satan looks like in this game, but he is likely demonic in appearance not unlike most versions of Satan. Satan is likely, as other incarnations, a demon of great power great enough to make him the de facto ruler of hell and is powerful enough to send objects flying sky high before they explode as shown with Eggman's mecha with the scientist inside it. He also likely has powers of telepathy as shown when he converses with Eggman about being punished for his failure. Satan can be inferred to be willing to lend his resources to other villains as part of any alliance against their enemies. However, as shown in his sole dialog, he is not one to tolerate failure and will be very punishing of anyone who fails him as shown with him making Dr. Eggman blast off into outer space and regarded him as a fool for not living up to his expectations.
