Like every soccer club across the world, we have our share of characters and club legends who help make the atmosphere special. South Coast United love to promote young players in their teams, and include a special award each season for the best young player, named the Dale Miller Trophy. We have players from many different ethnic backgrounds, and believe that soccer is a great way to break down social barriers and include everyone. South Coast United has reinvented itself with an updated, contemporary club badge, new kits and colours as well as a new set of cultural and social values.

South Coast United is committed to ensuring we provide a safe, enjoyable environment for people to come and enjoy football. By nominating for, and joining our committee, you will be playing a big part in helping our Club flourish. The role you hold in the committee will dictate the amount of time that is required of you. Typically, we meet once a month with meetings generally taking approximately 1. If you hold an Executive role within the committee, there will be times when you are required for extra meetings, to liaise with SAASL and to coordinate events, logistics, legalities and more. This is typically no more than an hour a week. For the season, we are also seeking expressions of interest from volunteers who wish to take on a role helping our club, but not be a formal part of our committee. For example, you may be happy to assist with events or match day assistance.
