The acre farm and beautiful acre spring fed lake became known as Spencer Lake Bible Camp. Due to the war, construction materials were hard to come by. An old saw and planeing mill in Hawkins, WI was dismantled and shipped to Spencer Lake to be used to build the original dining hall as well as other buildings. Since then, the campus has welcomed over , guests of all ages across the Body of Christ as a place for them to experience times of spiritual renewal, fellowship, recreation, and relaxation.
