At Anytime Fitness, staffed hours are available seven days a week. During staffed hours, qualified trainers are on hand to provide assistance with equipment, answer questions about fitness programs and nutrition plans, and offer advice on achieving your personal goals. During staffed hours, members have access to the entire facility including cardio machines, strength training equipment, free weights and more. On weekdays, staffed hours typically take place between am and pm and pm and pm. On Saturdays and Sundays staffed hours typically run from am until pm. However, it is important to note that staffed hour times may vary from location to location so be sure to check with your local club for exact times. At Anytime Fitness we understand that sometimes life gets in the way of your fitness routine which is why we offer hour access for members who need flexibility in their schedules or want to take advantage of our state-of-the-art facilities outside of our scheduled staffed hours. All Anytime Fitness locations also feature secure key fobs so that members can enter the facility even when it is unstaffed.
