Great management and staff at this location that always offer quick and friendly service. Like any Starbucks they can be lined up like crazy during busy times but I don't think I have ever had a mistake made on my order. Will continue to visit this location for sure. Tried an Americano Nuevo today. Came out quickly, and it was delicious. The baristas at the Outlet Collection location are always friendly and knowledgeable. My drink was so awesome I went back and got another one. I found the second one too strong so they changed it for me plus the refilled my first one!

Excellent service. There was a mix up with my order where I was accidentally charged too much. Understandable, because it was quite busy at the time. They were very apologetic and fixed the problem immediately. I visit this occasion fairly often and the baristas are always friendly. Very good clean Starbucks. In a good location in Winnipeg. Serves all you expect from the Starbucks menu. This is by far my favorite starbucks to go to in the city. I've always had excellent service and quality drinks and food!
