We answer calls and work behind the scenes with customers, other departments, and agents to get the job done right. Customer Service teams are structured and designed for high-volume workloads. Typically, work spaces are shared to manage rotations. In these environments, people work a variety of schedules including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Team members who experience the most success in customer service roles have strong relationship-building, empathetic listening, and communication skills. Some positions require licensing.
