Great prices. It's your basic hamburger and fries cafe, but wait their catfish dinner and chicken baskets are the best. Don't tell anyone because it's my favorite dive. The food was excellent and very good prices.

We opted to just order a regular catfish dinner which consists of six pieces not large ones of catfish, hushpuppies, French fries, and Cole slaw. The place was packed but that didn't keep the service from being great. The food came out and was so hot you couldn't pick a piece of catfish up for a few minutes. It was delicious and a great experience overall. A quick look at the menu on the wall showed the prices to be exceptionally reasonable, if not down right low. We will go back for sure! Adding another review for Johnson's Stepping Stone Cafe. During Covid they added a window carry out service. They have spaced out their tables and added plexi-glass dividers to the booths. In addition to the regular paper menu they have daily chalk board specials.
