Superman vs thanos
Thanos has begun to collect the infinity stones, and has just decimated a world to lay claim to the Power Stone. Hearing of this, Superman decides to intervene before things get any uglier. With an entire infinity stone amping him up, would Thanos be able to go toe-to-toe with the superman vs thanos Superman? In-character and bloodlusted, superman vs thanos.
Superman barely needs an introduction. In addition to his strength, Thanos has plenty of speed, stamina, and intelligence. This raises the interesting question of how Supes would fare if an even bigger crossover event than Avengers: Endgame occurred and the two titans found themselves pitted against each other in a fight. Furthermore, as long as yellow sunlight continues to shine on Superman, his power is practically limitless. The Kryptonian can also fly faster than the speed of light and, with his X-ray vision, see through objects. With his similarly named heat vision, Superman can also use his eyes to project heat beams strong enough to melt steel.

As one of the most fearsome villains in comic book history, it's hard to keep track of all the heroes Thanos has killed in Marvel Comics over the years, but what if he set his sights on the world of DC? The plot centers around Thanos collecting the Infinity Gems and using them to wipe out half of all life - no small feat, but Thanos has plenty of superpowers without the stones , as well. Born to a race called the Eternals, Thanos innately has super-strength, durability, and stamina, as well as energy projection and immunity to virtually all poisons and diseases. Thanos is also well-versed in the mystic arts, granting him some magical enhancements. The Mad Titan built his intergalactic army from the ground-up and has proven time and again to be a genius tactician. All this to say, Thanos is just as likely to outwit his opponents as he is to overpower them, making him incredibly dangerous. As far as superheroes go, there may never be another character more iconic than Superman. Modern comics have brought the character more down to Earth, but make no mistake, Superman is still insanely powerful. In addition to his plethora of abilities, Kal-El is among the fastest and strongest characters in all of DC, and as long as he has yellow sunlight, his power is essentially limitless. In All Star Superman , Clark actually went into the sun itself to absorb more solar energy, and when he came out, he was able to lift upwards of quintillion tons - a number so high it's difficult to even fathom. However, Superman also has some easily exploitable weaknesses, including kryptonite, red sunlight, and magic.
In fact, he relishes it. Read More.
One of the most dangerous villains in any comic universe , Thanos has become one of the most popular villains in the world thanks to his role in the MCU. A crafty and powerful foe, there are few beings who can stand up to the Mad Titan on their own. Over the years, Thanos has proved that he's an extinction-level threat. One that it takes many heroes to stop. Superman is a hero who needs no introduction.
Which leaves the Justice League with a hell of a puzzle to solve. He researches the hell of out a subject, finds it weaknesses, and uses them for his own gain. Once he found the relevant information in this new world, Batman would then be able to provide strategic analysis to his team, possibly dream up some new gadgets including a substitute gauntlet to put the stones into, should the original be destroyed to help the team with their efforts, and help formulate the exact plan to back Thanos into a corner. And he could even use the help of a very valuable team member to create his strategy. Victor Stone, also known as Cyborg to his Justice League teammates, is a genius of unparalleled ability. With a whole bunch of weapons built into his cybernetic body, most famously including a sonic canon, Cyborg could help clear the way for the rest of the team by using sonic waves to break apart objects that Thanos or his children might hurl at the group. With his incredible smarts, as well as the cybernetic enhancements that Cybog has built into his person, he is also a very valuable tool in determining the strategy needed to take down Thanos. Of course, a lot of brawn is going to be needed to take down Thanos, which is where the next member of our team comes in. Powered by RedCircle.

Thanos wastes no time with the head strikes. Against Hulkbuster, Hulk is very much aware of his surroundings and can get pissed off. In past conflicts between the two, Thanos has been able to triumph, usually due to either having the Infinity Gauntlet, or using his control over cosmic energy to overpower the Hulk. In a conflict of purely physical strength, though, Hulk may present more of a challenge to the Mad Titan. However, when Hulk is at his angriest, he becomes a world-breaking goliath and an unstoppable force. Thanos is an absolute brute even without the Gauntlet, but when Hulk is at his worst, he would smash Thanos through the cosmos.

However, Superman also has some easily exploitable weaknesses, including kryptonite, red sunlight, and magic. Superman doesn't need sleep and that's a good thing. In fact, he relishes it. Add to that his durability, his amazing speed, his flight, and more. While powers don't make the hero, they certainly help and Superman's powers give him more options than just about anyone out there. I want to see blood, but I feel like Pre-Crisis would be way too lopsided, since that was his godlike era power-wise. Yeesh, even MCU Thanos? There are few heroes out there who can deal with what he does on a daily basis and even fewer who would even want to. Superman will initially obey his no-kill rule, but he'll do what needs to be done if there's no other choice. However, even without those magical stones, Thanos could easily hold his own in a fight.
Also, if you read JSA. Superman from Kingdom Come is featured in that series and it has been said by Jay Garrick that he might be as fast as Wally. Hercules couldn't move Superman of Kingdom Come with a punch to the head while he knocked New Earth Superman into a wall with a nudge of his elbow.
One that it takes many heroes to stop. Nothing can stop him from fighting, not even death. Looking out for everyone many look at Supes as a one-man army. Thanos has a lot going for him. Thanos is a guy who can go up against a being like Thor with nothing but the clothes on his back and not only expect to walk away but actually embarrass the God of Thunder. It's pretty much inevitable; he's even been to a future where he is the ruler of a nearly empty universe and the reason why it's empty is that he's personally killed just about everyone. Just to begin with, Thanos is way, way weaker than Superman. His ability to plan and his flexibility in changing those plans have ensured victory for him many times over. Superman is both the first and last line of defense for the DC Universe. Hearing of this, Superman decides to intervene before things get any uglier. Things change and Thanos is too smart to let a plan get him killed.
