A SALE woman has overcome a string of bad luck to become the pin-up girl for the Help for Heroes charity calendar. As mother to two-year-old Josh, Susie entered the Wickedelic lingerie competition after seeing an advert on a modelling website and she has now reached the final Susie, who grew up in Sale, began modelling about a year ago saying she wanted to do something for herself and turn her life around. After reaching the final 12, she rang her local RAF base at Wittering, who agreed to pick her as their pin-up. She will now help in raising further money for the charity along with greeting troops upon their return from duty, at the base.
