Stepping back into the world of The Maze Runner was such a thrill for me.

In fear of rambling and spoiling the book I'll leave it at that! Isaac and Sadina are about to go on the adventure of a lifetime. More reviews and ratings. Sci-fi Maze Runner. Characters' reactions are so monotone and unlikely. Brenda Chancellor Paige Janson Jorge. We have no idea how the real world works.. But there wasn't a lot of development of her character other than vague utterances and some other weird thing. What we do get here is a confusing story which introduces way too many new concepts that suggest that previous fans are just that die-hard over the series that they will just trust whatever Dashner writes enough to consume this and wait for a sequel. I could've overlooked the previous two things if something exciting had happened, but again, coming from The Maze Runner where cranks and monster-filled mazes were prevalent parts of the story and you had no idea which of your friends would die Listen to a clip: HERE.

That is, this is an attempt to look further into the future of the original story and introduce more "evolved" circumstances that arise from unresolved problems from the past storyline. There were so many opportunities for The Maze Cutter to build off of such an incredible series, but what this book is, came completely out of left field.
