Head to the warehouse on the far right of the map where there is an optional objective as well. The car is on a truck inside the warehouse. Drive this carefully back to the start of the mission, and then turn around so that the back of the truck lines up with the back of the escape van. All you will need to do then, is lower the ramp so you'll be able to drive the truck straight into the van. You will actually want to pick these up after you pick up the spare parts in the warehouse, but it's better to get this area prepared now. Make sure you have a car waiting outside of the office, for you to use after you've collected the documents, so you can speed back to bridge when the alarms are triggered.
