It takes you to the Dreamgrove, but you cannot enter it since you have yet to complete the intro quest that is given in New Dalaran. The quest requests you go to Moonglade to complete the portal to the Dreamgrove.

The first step is to find Timbermaw Hold in northern Felwood and complete that factions reputation quests, or grind reputation by killing Deadwood Furbolgs until they are at least Unfriendly to you and you have unhindered access to teleport to moonglade inside of Timbermaw Hold.

No one actually explains it right at all and its so annoying, if you are on alliance side you have to go to "kal" the druid trainer who is located in the first town after the night elf zone starter zone, then he takes you to the main city where you can continue the questline.
