Textured Concept Food produces shaped, natural and texture modified meals for aged care residents, hospital patients and private customers. The meals are pre-prepared in the commercial kitchen, and service providers only need thaw, heat and plate the meals. The new facility will offer approximately 90 places and prioritise the cultural, dietary and linguistic needs of its residents. The new facility will be delivered by Chinese advocacy peak body Chinese Community Council of Australia, Victorian Chapter and supported by not-for-profit aged care provider Doutta Galla Aged Services. Retirement living and aged care provider Aveo Group has opened doors to the first stage of its retirement living community in Bella Vista, New South Wales. The facility aims to meet the increasing demand for aged care services in the Hills Shire district.
