Hello, I'm looking to buy some diamond earings and a necklace. I'm very lucky to be gifted these by a relative. I have come across this website and the prices look very good.

I love jewelry. My husband bought a tanzinite rings for my birthday and the service Was really Browns has left us no choice but to share our story on Wish I had saw thesereviews before I purchased,,,, I purchased a pair of ear rings and a beautiful necklace ,,,, diamond from 1 ear ring has fallen out,,, the necklace still in good condition, I pray it stays this way,,, very disappointed with Browns as I was under the impression they are top quality, lesson learnt Browns standards are poor!! Do not waste your money on this company, they are 1st class scammers.

Do not buy there return policy is a scam. You would loose your money and ring both. Also the ring is tiny compared to the online photos not worth it. Strongly discourage people to buy. Ordered necklace, received confirmation or order email and money taken from bank.

I have never ever seen a diamond which sparkles and shines as much as my girl's ring. I tried to report the issue but as it was a Saturday the office was closed.

Not even after 2 months one of the Diamonds just randomly fell out and then we started to notice on closer inspection that some of the clasps holding the rest of the diamonds in we're starting to bend this is clearly poor workmanship, upon contact to the Diamond store they told me to return the item for an inspection at my own cost they then proceeded to tell me that because I'd had links taken out, it's voided the warranty!!!!! Then tried telling me that they would send me a brand new one if I paid pound bearing in mind I'd already paid pound for the bracelet I'd even made the offer for them to take out the one of diamonds sent in the links just to replace it and to address the poor workmanship with the rest of the clasps that was bending and falling apart, they claim to be high quality jewellery, jewellery doesn't Fall Apart after two months, I will never be using this company again and I would strongly suggest that no one else does I highly doubt I will receive a refund from these people and I'll probably end up having to pay the postage myself to get my broken bracelet back so I will end up just being left with a shoddy poor craftsmanship bracelet that definitely wasn't worth pound , I will now seek to take them to a small courts claim, and I will also be reporting them to Trading Standards, I would also like to add to this review if you look at other reviews on Trust pilot about this company it seems if you even buy something from them and you have any issues with them i. The jeweller has come back to us regarding the assessment of your bracelet.

I received an email from a different employee today Tuesday 26th July , who has said that after speaking to their Managing Director and due to the history of my order they would like to send me a brand new hand crafted ring. I also called and spoke to the employee in question and reiterated this, to be told that they would have to speak to the Managing Director again. I took the ring to a different jeweller to get a professional opinion and they also could see the new faults to the naked eye and under a magnifying glass. I tried to report the issue but as it was a Saturday the office was closed. When my ring arrived late, it looked nice, not as amazing as in the online video but I was still happy. My personal favourite is the Protea design. I don't doubt for a minute that people have had success buying diamonds online but I personally wouldn't. We emailed the company on the day and they were closed for almost a week. Do not use this useless company.
