A historic past with a dash of infamy is paired with modern convenience and comfort to create the ideal crash pad for all travelers… even you. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Clean rooms with big comfortable beds and en suites-perfect place to come back to after a long day of exploring New Orleans. Situated in between the garden district and the french quarter — walking distance to both! Other roomies were courteous and quiet, and all the other guests were self-absorbed. Absolutely no hassles. I really liked the rooms in this hostel as they were modern and clean and had an ensuite. The staff are friendly and the bar area is quite small but just the right size for meeting people. Location wise its about a minute walk into the French Quarter which is fine in the daytime although I probably wouldnt have done it alone at night — get a Lyft or Uber! There are also a lot of bars around the location of the hostel and on Magazine street to check out. That staff was present at every moment to answer any question.
