The community is great everything is within five minutes of driving. The neighbors are nice and the amenities are great as well. Maintenence crew has been phenomenal in response time and efficiency. Office team has been alright. I have only been in the community for a little less then a month. But I love it. The apartment is great, very clean and nice. The amenities are awesome also. My family and I loved living here for the past 2 years. We felt really welcomed and the people here are sweet.

The apartment is nice, waters hot, no bugs, etc. The pool, gym and tennis court are fun. The metro is an 10 min walk, 4 min run away. The trip from Van Dorn to Foggy Bottom is about 30 min. The apartment community is almost non-existent because everyone commutes somewhere else. If you are looking for an apartment social life, look elsewhere. While the gym isn't amazing, it has three treadmills, two bike machines, two ellipticals, a bench press machine, lat-pull down machine, leg curl machine, bicep curl machine, 2 TVs and a set of dumbbells from 5 to 50 lbs in increments of 5 lbs.
