Mary at the front desk who after a very confusing miscommunication, between a quote from the Call center and the quote from this tire kingdom, helped me get the call center price Don't bother making an appointment here. It's absolutely pointless. I even arrived a little early for mine. I was told it would take about 1 hour and 30 minutes for a simple tire balance. After Appointment for brake job - because Joe left the new manager made excuses for failure to work ruining a business sept years in the making of excellent service. Won't be using these guys again. Had them repair one of my tires that was losing air and a month later the tire is completely flat. Bad customer service and bad service in general.

Tire Kingdom. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Come to find out the valve stem cracked and the incorrect ones were installed. Steve was fantastic! Top notch service, above and beyond my expectations. He has the utmost confidence in his staff and their professionalism. Came in for tires and they got me in and out fast!!! Being an elderly woman, car servicing is not my favorite thing to do. Will definitely be back! Collin and Joe were great.
