The cottage was freezing cold. Had a radiator in lounge area, which we later discovered, was not operable due to no gas in the property!!!. We sat with blankets around us until we got the fire going. The TV did not work for the whole of our visit. Now the bed. The person next to the wall had to get the other person to move every time they get up.
