Maria's quest for conscious body movement, profound connection with yourself and joyful wellbeing has led her to Pilates and Yoga more than 20 years ago. In her practice, the principle of control in Pilates and the fluidity of Vinyasa Flow Yoga have interlaced beautifully. She continues to expand her knowledge by attending extended teacher trainings and workshops. She is a mama of two beautiful children and a Jack Russel called Milky.
