Trike ark
Despite the Triceratops being one of the most beginner-friendly creatures available to tame in Ark: Survival Evolved , it can still be a real challenge to master. Each animal requires a different taming method and some can end up fighting back, which often has rather devastating consequences. Luckily, the Triceratops is one many will be able to master quickly and isn't the most challenging dinosaur to tame. Interestingly, even though the Triceratops is one of the easier animals to tame in this open-world survival game , it's still an effective companion to have on the player's side. It's an incredibly useful animal, so knowing how to tame one is key. The Triceratops has five main strengths, namely, its ability to be ridden, its high carry capacity, its gathering skills, its damage output, and the ability to be an impressive tank when needed. Each strength makes it a particularly useful companion to tame and will hold its own for the beginning of the game. Although it's definitely not the strongest dinosaur in this open-world survival game , it can aid most players and is well worth attempting to tame. Firstly, the ability to ride the Triceratops not only looks awesome but allows the player to get where they want with a rather impressive speed, especially with its charge attack , which should be used when players are wanting to get somewhere quickly. It's got a relatively short recharge and can be effective in both combat and travel, or it can be used to take down trees if the player needs some more Thatch.
It is entirely possible to bring down a Trike using only a melee weapon if the player is careful to avoid the head and stays near the Trike's side or behind, trike ark.
Just some semi coherent thoughts and ideas about how to improve the Trike, if you have any good ideas please comment below. I think the charge attack could be cool if it did more damage to targets, additionally the ability to turn in place would suit an animal like that. Being able to turn on a dime and deal and take more damage would make for an excellent late game tame, additionally it would also be good to have a Trike that is around the same size as a Rex since both animals are fairly comparable in size. This added with a high weight and decent mobility can make it a good pack animal, able to survive attacks from predators easily and effectively cross rough terrain. Triceratops definitely deserves some love. That's really the case for most herbivores as well.
Apparently a crossbreed of the Triceratops and Styracosaurus , Triceratops Styrax has both the characteristic of three-horned face of the Triceratops and the prominent horned-ridge of Styracosaurus. Normally a very docile grazing animal, Triceratops becomes extremely aggressive once angered. Triceratops will chase down would-be predators and egg-stealers with incredible prejudice. I've seen Triceratops have an especially hostile reaction to the Tyrannosaurus on the island, with herds attacking en masse. A common mount for those that ride dinosaurs, Triceratops doubles as both pack animal and combat war horse. Triceratops' bony ridge is very effective as cover from frontal attack, and the creature's charge is incredibly dangerous. The Triceratops Try-serr-a-tops or Trike is a medium sized herbivorous dinosaur found on the Ark. The Triceratops has vulnerable sides, but formidable front attacks. Primarily using a charging attack, it has the strength to send its enemies flying back. Generally a very docile creature, its diet consists of berries, particularly the Mejoberry which it seems to prefer.
