In addition to running his store, Tom is a director of the store Nurseryland conglomerate, a loose facilitation of independent garden centres across Canada that works together to create generic, quality, cut-price garden supplies. Beautifully paved paths, just wide enough to accommodate a cart for collecting plant treasures, weave through the immaculate displays, turning the shopping experience into a relaxing stroll through a garden. On April 6, Triple Tree will look back on its long and illustrious past when it celebrates its 50th anniversary. It is a remarkable achievement.
