Twilek vs togruta

I have recently learned that the Duros and the Neimoidians are related, and was wondering if there is twilek vs togruta a connection between the Twi'lek, and the Togruta in a similar way. My main basis for this is that both races share the "Lekku" organs or "head tails" as they are commonly called which seem like a pretty unique feature, exclusive to them, twilek vs togruta. I'm purely speculating here, what do you think?

Following the former padawan of Anakin Skywalker voiced by Matt Lanter , the series focuses on Ahsoka Tano, who has been featured in several other stories over the years. But she is far from the only Togruta around. Although the most widely known Togruta are Jedi, there are many members of the species throughout the galaxy. The Togruta are humanoid, like many species, but they are easily identifiable by their unique appearance. With various settlements throughout the galaxy, there are a range of Togruta, but they are not as widespread as other species.
