Although, there aren't any lights on the dash and there haven't been any changes with the brakes. The only thing I did that may be causing this code was unplug the cable to the E-brake switch when I was taking the dash apart, but I plugged in the switch right after and it functions normally. I just wanted to see if anyone knew anything about this code because I cannot find a single bit of information online. Seems this code has to do with wiring, and since as per the description it was detected previously i. Just reset it and see if it comes back again after sometime. If you have IDS to play around with, I suggest you read up on how it and Ford's systems work, and how to read what it's telling you not to sound rude, it's just that IDS is a lot more than a basic scan tool. The majority of DTCs do not set any lights or alerts on the instrument cluster. An indeterminate issue is not yet "confirmed" so it won't warn the driver. The number after the main code in this case, is just as important as the rest of of the DTC. In your case, you unplugged it. Thanks for your reply, I have an online subscription to their manuals and stuff, I just figured it would say the same thing as IDS. I will make sure to check on it next time. Diagnostics in this manual assume a certain skill level and knowledge of Ford-specific diagnostic practices. The ABS module measures the current draw of both actuator motors during each parking brake apply request. Current draw measurement for these 2 Diagnostic Trouble Codes DTCs starts when the caliper piston and brake pad start moving and stops when the brake pad contacts the brake disc, this is known as free run. This is most likely caused by high mechanical resistance in the actuator or motor, a shorted motor, a blocked motor or a seized motor. The ABS module sends voltage to the parking brake switch and this voltage returns along 1 of 3 circuits. An open, excessive resistance or a short in the parking brake switch circuits or the parking brake switch causes the ABS module to set a DTC. When the ABS module receives a parking brake apply request, the ABS module sends voltage to the parking brake actuator motors.

This did not work either , my guess is because the brake is already disengaged the car is not accepting the command. Wouldn't come out of park.
