Ugee pen not working

Hello I have a ugee hk, ugee pen not working, but the pen is not working properly on adobe photoshop and gimp. When I press on any part in photoshop with the tablet pen, the cursor jumps down to the taskbar at the bottom and is stuck there until I press the screen with the pen again.

It had worked fine for six months or so. It does the same for Windows Taskbar icons, Photoshop Tool presets and similar. None of these things had happened before, and I had made no changes. I assumed the problem was due to a Microsoft update, which had messed up the pen tablet settings in Windows. There was no Windows Tablet service running that would conflict with my Pen driver. Cables were all seated well, and a switch of the USB cable socket had no effect. I tried changing the pen nib, with no result. I rebooted the PC, again with no result. I hard-booted everything, again with no result.

It was the windows update that was causing it. Follow the instruction to connect the pen display to your computer or Android device.

Ask a new question. I try to use it, and it doesn't even respond to my tablet! It's as if my tablet doesn't recognize my pen! I've looked everywhere for a solution on how to get my pen to work on my tablet, but I can never find anything! As I'm typing this, I'm already frustrated because I can't find a simple answer! I could've contacted Ugee Tech Support, but I can't do that because the Serial on my tablet is all smudged out and worn to the point I can't read it at all. Was this reply helpful?
