I actually called to track one of my packages that I mailed out on Monday that was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday.. When Peter Lostis answered the phone, he started to yell at someone walking out of the store, and actually told me to hold on, that he had to chase someone into the parking lot! Yes, yes he did. Then proceeds, while I am still on the phone hearing everything. When he finally gets back to me which took a good minute he really started to show his true character. I informed him about my package and that the business still hasn't received it. He told me that I decided to go the "cheap route" instead of using the UPS, so that I could save some money, and that it was shipped out as priority mail!!! Why would I go to the UPS store to have it go out regular mail? I live half a mile away from a post office.. AND save some money!!!!
