Every smile, every "how are you and how's your stay so far? Thank you! They are all so genuine , happy and helpful. Thank you!!!!! The rooms, resort and beach amenities are top notch. The staff is exceptional and the service is definitely 5 star. Everyone we encountered was warm and friendly and greeted us with a smile. We feel at home at the Aqualina and love all of the staff. We love the offerings, such as the high quality kids club, that keep our children entertained and allow us as parents some time for a vacation as well. We will definitely return and hopefully bring some friends. It's no easy feat to impress this group, but you made it happen seamlessly. On a personal note, when my travels bring me back to Miami, there will be no other choice of hotel for me. I hope that time won't be too far off. Thank you to everyone, both in the front and back of the house, for a job - more than - well done! The pools , the beach part of the hotel and the restaurant by the beach is really a plus!!
