I tend to be very picky about my diapers, and like some pp only use EUC to describe something I couldn't tell you wasn't new if I didn't know better. Its all so subjective, though. When I complained, she said they were all fully functional and for her, that meant they were in very good condition, and that what I mentioned were purely aesthetic issues, so she didn't feel they needed to be mentioned.
