Vintage porcelain mask

This classic face paint was inspired by a porcelain mask from New Orleans. The porcelain mask was something that I actually found in my toy drawer and had this one for over 15 years. At that point, I was inspired to recreate it as a face paint design! Here's how I did it! First, I began with a white base. I used Mehron Paradise Makeup in White. Next comes black, which I used to make the exaggerated triangles over and under the eyes. After outlining the grey parts in black, I jumped into Mehron Paradise Makeup in Beach Berry to paint the oversized lips. Then, I outlined the triangles with more of the Storm Cloud, and finished things off with black detailing between each triangle.
