A moab mauler bomb tower on xx and above next to a town with monkey intelligence bureau xx upgrade are pretty good. This gives the moab mauler the ability to see camo and pop black bloons. Wizards can already pop black and lead bloons and also camo if you get their camo upgrade x-x
