Alfea hosts a welcome party for the new students, with the boys from Red Fountain. This happy occasion is almost ruined by the sudden attack of the witches. Bloom shows great potential as she saves the day and is given a true heroes welcome. The aspiring fairies experience their first outdoor exercise at the Black-Mud swamp. The troll is being transported to the Magix Prison by the Specialists. They have to apply all their magical powers to escape from this life-threatening maze. Stella receives what she believes to be an invitation for a date from Prince Sky, however it's actually the witches up to their tricks! They confront the witches but they are defeated and compelled to hand over Stella's ring to the triumphant witches. The Winx sneak into eerie Cloud Tower to get the ring back but they find the dangerous 'Crypt of the Magic Archive' - the most secret vault of Cloud Tower, where fairy are kept. But a mysterious voice guides Bloom, helping the Winx to escape.
