But they needed to muster a comeback to get it done after Notts County took the lead in first-half stoppage time through John Bostock's left foot. What a hit. However, just three minutes into the second half, Paul Mullin put his marker on the floor before applying a one-touch finish to pull Wrexham level. Wrexham's lead lasted just six minutes. Off a Notts County corner taken short, Kyle Cameron got on the end of a cross to the back post.

Paul Mullin rescued a point for Wrexham deep into stoppage time after winning and converting a penalty to earn a draw at Forest Green Rovers on a foggy night in Gloucestershire. Struggling Forest Green were minutes from a third win in four matches thanks to Emmanuel Osadebe's sweetly-struck shot after just three minutes. Forest Green defended stoutly and looked set to seal a surprising win. However, Mullin was fouled by Jamie Robson and smashed home the penalty. The result has big ramifications at both ends of the League Two table. Forest Green came close to a win that would've moved them to within one point of safety, but the draw leaves them three points adrift in 23rd, while fourth-placed Wrexham missed out on the chance to climb back into the automatic promotion places. Wrexham manager Phil Parkinson said: "We had loads of possession and loads of good positions, but we struggled to work the goalkeeper enough. We just couldn't find that bit of quality. There was no lack of trying to make it happen.
