The 14, square foot medical facility, located at Summerlin Lakes Drive in Fort Myers, was designed on an unusually shaped lot. Backing up to Summerlin Road in Fort Myers, an enhanced buffer was required. Exceptional Engineering, as usual, took the lead in all aspects of design, planning and permitting. Because of the location of the unusually shaped lot, Exceptional Engineering project managed additional necessary surface water management, drainage design, utility design, landscape architecture, construction inspection and certification. Along with the enhanced landscaping, the plan included storm water storage and a driver friendly parking lot. EEI also provided construction observations for the civil portion of the project.
