The adidas adizero Takumi Sen is a highly responsive racing flat built for the competitive runners. It can be used for tempo efforts and many people will do fine with that. Being a top-tier racer, the Takumi Sen 9 has a very strip-down upper with an extremely lightweight mono-mesh upper. We systematically put each type of shoe through certain runs prior to review. Read Review. For shorter distances this shoe is great, but for longer efforts the medial cut out at the midfoot becomes more noticeable.
